The special ICDD rates for each course are listed below. These rates include daily transportation to and from ICDD. To make your reservation in the ICDD room block, please follow the links below or call Hilton Central Reservations at 1-877-STAY-HGI (1-877-782-9444), mentioning ICDD and the group name.

The deadline for reservations is one month prior to the start of each class. You will not be guaranteed a room after that time. Please check with the hotel for their room cancellation policy. Please note: If you are staying at the host hotel but did not book within our room block, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Please contact education@icdd.com for government rate instructions.

The Hilton Garden Inn will provide daily round-trip transportation between the hotel and ICDD. If you book your room outside of the ICDD room block, you will be responsible for your own daily transportation.

ICDD is an approximate 5-minute drive from the Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square. Although close, we do not advise walking to or from ICDD.
