JADE^® Pattern Converter

The JADE Pattern Converter is a free online service that allows you to display and convert diffraction data and download the result into user-selected file formats. Select “Example File” to test the functionality, or select “Upload File” to upload your own data files. Click to toggle scaling and gridlines. Use your mouse’s scroll wheel to zoom and unzoom. Click and drag to select areas of the pattern. Select a file format from the dropdown box and “Download Data” to convert and save your data.
